Dr. White is a dual board-certified forensic and anatomic pathologist with advanced training in cardiovascular pathology and more than 12 years of experience as a medical examiner and forensic pathologist. He has testified in criminal and civil matters on both sides of the aisle.

Steven White, MD, PhD holds dual board certifications in forensic and anatomic pathology and brings advanced subspecialty expertise in cardiovascular pathology — an area of critical importance in sudden death and cardiac-related litigation. He currently works as a forensic pathologist with the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service, cardiovascular and autopsy pathologist at Toronto General Hospital (UHN), and served as an Assistant Medical Examiner and Cardiovascular Pathology Consultant at the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office in Chicago, and Lead Forensic Pathologist for the British Columbia Coroners Service.
He is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, where he continues to teach, publish, and contribute to research. That ongoing clinical and academic engagement informs every case he takes.
